Children’s privacy

Our Sites are not intended for children under the age of 18. No one under age 18 may provide information to or on the Sites. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information.

Information we collect

We may collect information in several ways, including information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information received from third parties.

Information you provide directly. We may collect personal information you voluntarily provide to us, including:

• Name
• Email address
• Mailing address
• Phone number
• Account login information
• Billing and payment information
• Purchase history
• Survey responses
• Messages, comments, feedback, testimonials, reviews, and communications
• Business information you submit through forms, applications, bookings, downloads, or use of our products and services
• Information you provide while using Mogul Operating System or other Company services, including prompts, session inputs, uploaded materials, and related business data

Information collected automatically. When you visit or use our Sites, we may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

• IP address
• Browser type
• Device type
• Operating system
• Referral source
• Pages viewed
• Time spent on pages
• Clickstream data
• Date and time of visits
• Session activity
• Methods used to browse away from pages
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

Information from third parties. We may receive information from service providers and third-party platforms such as payment processors, email service providers, scheduling tools, analytics providers, advertising platforms, video hosts, customer support tools, and social media platforms.

How we collect information

We collect information when you:

• Visit our Sites
• Fill out a form
• Join an email list
• Make a purchase
• Create an account
• Book a consultation or call
• Use Mogul Operating System or other software/services we provide
• Engage with our emails, videos, ads, or content
• Contact us directly

How we use your information

We may use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Sites, products, and services
• Process transactions and deliver purchases
• Create and manage user accounts
• Provide customer service, technical support, and troubleshooting
• Personalize user experience
• Deliver requested content, products, reports, and services
• Communicate with you about your account, purchases, updates, promotions, and service-related notices
• Analyze usage trends and improve performance, content, and user experience
• Maintain records and internal business operations
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, misuse, security issues, or technical problems
• Comply with legal obligations
• Enforce our agreements, terms, and policies

Mogul Operating System data use

If you use Mogul Operating System (“MOS”), we collect and process the information you enter into the system — including prompts, responses, uploaded materials, business details, session history, saved reports, and account activity — in order to:

• Provide MOS functionality
• Maintain persistent memory and session continuity, so your advisors can build on prior work
• Generate reports, outputs, and recommendations
• Meter credits and enforce plan limits
• Provide support and troubleshooting

Your content is not used to train MOS. Nothing you enter trains, tunes, or otherwise changes the MOS advisors. Their frameworks and methods were built before you arrived and do not change based on what you tell them, and nothing you enter changes what another member is told.

What you tell one advisor is shared with your other advisors, so they can build on it. It is never shared with another member.

MOS relies on third-party providers to operate, including AI providers that process your inputs and produce your outputs, together with hosting, storage, email delivery, payment processing, publishing, and media processing. They may process your information only to provide their service to us, and are described by category under “How we share information” below. Those providers process data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

Payment information

When you make a purchase, your payment information is processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not receive or store complete credit card numbers on our own servers.

Payment processors handle payment information according to their own privacy policies and security standards, including applicable PCI-DSS requirements.

Cookies and tracking technologies

Our marketing Sites may use cookies, pixels, tags, scripts, and similar technologies to:

• Recognize returning visitors
• Save preferences
• Analyze traffic and usage patterns
• Improve performance
• Support marketing and advertising efforts
• Measure engagement and conversion activity

Inside the Mogul Operating System application itself, we do not run advertising or behavioral tracking technologies. The cookies used there are the ones required to keep you signed in and to operate the application.

You may adjust your browser settings to refuse some or all cookies. Please note that disabling cookies may affect functionality of some parts of the Sites.

Email and marketing communications

If you opt in to receive emails or other communications from us, we may send you newsletters, updates, promotional messages, and information about products, services, events, or offers.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us at kelly@kellycharlescollins.com. Even if you opt out of marketing messages, we may still send you transactional or service-related communications about your account, such as notice that your work is ready, a renewal, or the deletion notice described below.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share your information with trusted third parties only as needed to operate our business and provide services, including:

• Website hosting providers
• Payment processors
• Email and CRM platforms
• Analytics providers
• Customer support tools
• Scheduling and automation tools
• Advertising and marketing platforms
• Video, webinar, and content hosting services
• AI and software infrastructure providers
• Professional advisors, contractors, and service providers acting on our behalf

We may also disclose information:

• To comply with legal obligations
• To enforce our agreements
• To protect our rights, users, or business
• In connection with a business transfer, merger, sale, or restructuring

Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.

Mogul Operating System content is different, and is deleted on a schedule. While your access is active we keep your materials so the advisors can build on your prior work. If your access ends and is not renewed:

• You may download a complete copy of your materials for thirty (30) days after the date your access ends, from the reactivation page you are directed to when you sign in.
• Ninety (90) days after your access ends, the content associated with your brands is permanently deleted — uploaded materials, generated outputs, reports, and session transcripts. This deletion is irreversible and the materials cannot be recovered afterwards.
• We send at least one notice to the email address on your account before that deletion happens. Please keep that address current.
• If you return before the deletion date, everything is restored as it was. Afterwards, you start with a new, empty account.

Your account record and our billing and transaction records are retained after deletion, as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes and so that you can sign in again. Your account remaining open does not mean your content has been retained.

These windows are also stated in §2.5 of the MOS User Agreement, and the two documents state the same rule.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Access to member data is limited to those who need it to operate the service and support you, data is encrypted in transit, and account passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for protecting access to your devices and accounts.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access personal information we hold about you
• Correct or update your information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request information about how your data is used

If you use MOS, you can see and correct most of your information inside the application under Profile — your business details, brand voice, buyer intel and artifacts are all editable there — and you can download your artifacts at any time.

Do not track and browser settings

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not yet a consistent industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, our Sites may not respond to them.

Third-party links and platforms

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites, tools, and platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of those third parties. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

International users

If you access our Sites from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our providers operate. By using our Sites, you consent to such transfer and processing.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this policy and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
